Blackbeard’s

One must-try Coastal Bend eatery is Blackbeard’s on Corpus Christi Beach. This beachy restaurant, housed in a bright purple building, serves some of the area’s best seafood, steaks and comfort food. With a full bar and extensive beer and drink selection, (margaritas are a specialty) and kids’ menu, they appeal to  all ages. They are home to a Rock ‘n Roll mini-museum with a wide array of memorabilia, from guitars signed by Eric Clapton and the Eagles to posters capturing poignant moments in rock history. To keep things really interesting, professional ghost hunters have deemed Blackbeard’s to be “authentically haunted” after finding spooky evidence throughout the restaurant. For more info, go to www.ccspookcentral.com! Live music nightly at 6pm. Open  Sun-Thurs: 11am-10pm, Fri-Sat: 11am-11pm. Also located in Ingleside (776-0393).
